My Story
Hi, I’m Katriel—a spiritual seeker, healer, and cosmic connector with a deep-rooted relationship with HaShem, the Creator of our universe. My journey into spirituality has been lifelong, but it unfolded in profound ways after the passing of my dearest soul connection and mentor, my Granny Jo Humphrey, during the Great American Solar Eclipse of August 2018. That cosmic event served as a powerful activation, accelerating my spiritual path and setting me on an incredible journey of self-discovery and service.
My soul-healing journey began with Aura-Soma under the mentorship of Robert Browne and the late Judith Hitchman. This modality, which uses the language of color to explore the soul’s journey, inspired me to develop my unique practice of *Soul Portrait Readings*. These readings reflect the essence of an individual’s inner light, offering guidance and healing through color and energy.
From there, I deepened my practice through mentorship with Elasa Tiernan at Solterra Wellness Center, where I immersed myself in a wide array of metaphysical tools and healing techniques. My path continued with collaborations at Celestial Circle, Wings Bookstore, and The Violet Butterfly, where I refined my skills and expanded my offerings to include Reiki, Akashic Records, Astrology, Tarot, and crystal healing.
One of my greatest passions is uniting the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies within myself and helping others do the same. Through one-on-one sessions, I guide individuals to harmonize these sacred energies, unlocking greater balance and alignment. I also created *The Zodiac Energy Empowerment Series*, a program designed to help others connect with zodiac energies for personal growth, which I hope to revitalize soon.
My spiritual journey is deeply intertwined with my Jewish faith. My ultimate goal is to explore the Kabbalistic perspective more deeply and fulfill my dream of becoming a Rabbi. In January 2022, I began studying at the Conservative Yeshiva (CY) in the Lishma Program in Jerusalem, learning Torah for its own sake and preparing for the next step in my rabbinical studies. A lifelong dream came true in December 2022 when I officially made Aliyah and became a citizen of Israel.
In 2021, I launched the *Energy Speaks* podcast—a sacred space for authentic expression, where voices come together to share truths, passions, talents, and experiences. It’s a platform for connection, healing, and the exploration of the soul’s journey.
Throughout my life, I’ve learned that dreams become reality when we set clear intentions and take inspired action. We are co-creators with the Hakadosh Barechu (the Holy Blessed One), placed on this Earth to illuminate our path and support one another in finding our highest purpose.

Jayna is a Reiki Master and an aspiring herbalist who pours her heart into creating her own line of healing products through Sacred Song Apothecary. Whether she’s crafting remedies or keeping Energy Speaks on point, Jayna brings balance, brilliance, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.
